Canopy Verde - Modern Meets Earth Friendly


                                                                                 
Canopy Verde was founded by Linda Wong, who has had a love for the environment ever since she was a little girl.  Coming from a Chinese family, her parents taught her to never waste, a philosphy  which she carries on to this day.  She was known as the "bag police" for always trying to make her friends use less plastic bags.
  
She worked for Cole Haan and Fila when she arrived in the United States where she learned  the art of making great bags but soon she wanted to create her own bags with her philosophy of "Modern Meets Earth Friendly". 

She started Canopy Verde in Fall of 2008. All of her designs are made out of organic cotton, bamboo, chrome-free leather, OEKO-TEX 100 Certified Dyes and chemical free embroidery. She also believes in using local sources which reduces the amount of effects done by the transportation process.  

Canopy Verde has different desings to fullfill your daily needs.  Her collections include Dandelion, Chicory, Freesia,Cassia, Willow, Juniper, Calamint and most recently Polemo and Dewberry. All of the styles are extremely fashionabe as well as eco-friendly and ranges from everyday bags to clutches.
