Peak Organic Beer was created by Jon Cadoux after he and his friend Will bought a small brewing equipment for their friend Marti. Over the years, after creating many different beers such as Pear Ale, Hoppy Honey Wheat and Apricot Ale, Jon started using organic ingredients to brew his beers which resulted in outstanding improvements to the recipes.

Jon named his company Peak Organic Beer because he and his friends enjoyed their beers after "peak" experiences such as spending time with friends and family or having a great time in the outdoors. Peak Organic Beer was created as a toast to life's peak experiences.

Peak Organic Beer's mission is clear - to make the world's most delicious beers in a way that they can feel good about.
