All the water needed for their beverages is drawn from the brewery's own deep well. The brewery's organic waste is returned to the surrounding farms as animal feed and fertilizers. Lammsbraeu is so committed to the environment that their packaging and labeling are also made by non-toxic production methods from recycled materials.
